2. We call you within one working day to answer questions; your place is confirmed when your first payment is verified.
3. Pay by bank transfer and upload the proof in the student portal. Your seat is confirmed when payment is verified.

Everything in the course fee

Refund policy: Full refund if you cancel before classes start. Within the first 10% of the course, we refund the amount you have paid, minus a 20% administration charge; after that, no cash refund. Switching to another course is possible only within the first 10% of the course; after that, deferral to a later intake within 12 months may be granted with the approval of the Head of the Academy. Unpaid instalments are cancelled. Read the policy.
